Mine Risk Awareness Project

"Mine Risk Awareness is a virtual reality educational project aimed at developing skills for safe behaviour in areas that may be contaminated with mines and explosive ordnance.

What is the purpose of the saddle?

The project was created to teach children and adults how to recognise danger, avoid risks and respond appropriately in dangerous situations in an accessible, interactive way.

What does it allow you to do?

The use of VR technologies allows users to immerse themselves in a realistic but safe environment where they can practice their theoretical knowledge.

How does it work?

Our VR app is an innovative simulator that teaches mine safety through full immersion in a virtual environment.

Put on VR glasses

The user enters a fully modelled space with a mine threat.

Pass the theoretical part

A short course with basic rules of conduct, danger signs and tips on how to act in suspicious situations.

Get down to practice

Through the viewing window in the VR space, a person interacts with scenarios, for example, finding suspicious objects, choosing a route, making decisions.
